GPRS subscriptions

Cuurently there are two mobile telephone operators in Libya namely Almadar and Libyana.
Both companies offer subscriptions to GPRS services.
Here is how
Libyana: send an SMS to the number 1414 containing 1.
To cancel the subscriptions send an SMS to 1414 containing 0
The cost will be 0.2 LD per mega

Almadar : send an SMS to the number 8989 containing GPRS.
The cost will be 10 LD per month (i.e unlimited )
